The exhibition attracts 3000 entries from around the world, these are judged by a panel of three award-winning photographers. The exhibition is open to all genres of photography and the judging panel selects 210 images for display in the exhibition centre. These are chosen to provide a fair selection of subjects from a wide range of photographers.

The Edinburgh Photographic Exhibition Centre

Visit the home of the Edinburgh Photographic Society, one of the world's oldest photographic clubs. Established in 1861, the EPS had the Hon Henry Fox Talbot among its early members and exhibited work by DO Hill in 1890.
