St Giles' Cathedral: cathedral
Founded in the 1120s, St Giles' was the church of John Knox during the Reformation and is renowned for its stained glass, Rieger organ and beautiful Thistle Chapel. Open daily. Free guided tours, concerts, Cathedral shop and restaurant. Donations welcome.
