Terms & Conditions
- Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of Festivals Edinburgh, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
- Entrants must be over 18.
- Drawsclose at 5 pm on 2nd July 2010.
- No purchase necessary.
- To enter simply email blog@festivalsedinburgh.com and tell us what the Edinburgh Summer Festivals mean to you.
- All entries received will be entered into the competition..
- The prize does not include any travel insurance; travel costs, accommodation or spending money.
- The date, type and value of the adult tickets included with this prize will be confirmed with prize winner upon notification of the prize. Tickets will be non-changeable, non-refundable and will carry no face value.
- All elements of prize package are subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- Prize is as stated and must be taken on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 13th, 14th or 15th August 2010. Failure to take the prize on the specified date will result in forfeit of the prize, and another winner will be drawn.
- No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
- By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
