THE EDINBURGH FESTIVALS PASSPORT: 3rd to 27th August 2012
The Edinburgh Festivals Passport has been designed to help your clients enjoy and discover the Edinburgh Festivals in an exciting, hassle-free way. This trade-exclusive product lets you offer a magical introduction to the Edinburgh Festivals to your clients for packaging into city breaks or longer holidays.
Ideal for FITS, the Passport includes tickets to three festival shows over a day. Shows are selected in advance and by a top festival critic, creating a full day of festival discovery from the world's largest arts festival. Shows are hand-picked from the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and the world-renowned International, Book, Art and Jazz & Blues Festival. *Please note the royal Military Tattoo is not included in the product, but the Passport would fit ideally as part of a Tattoo package.

HOW IT WORKS:
- Passports are on sale now by request to traveltrade@festivalsedinburgh.com. Book early to avoid disappointment
- Passports are available from 3rd-27th August 2012 inclusively
- To book a Passport for your clients we require:
- Client's full name and country of origin
- Date of client arrival if possible
- Number of Passports required and date Passport is booked for
- Email address and mobile/cell number if possible (in case of any late changes to Passport shows)
- The booking reference number of your clients packaged holiday (we will utilise your own company booking reference number)
- Our cut off date for booking 2012 Passports is Friday 6th July 2012
- You will be invoiced for any Passports sold on a monthly basis. Payment must be received prior to Passports being issued to your clients
- Clients can request to view their itinerary ahead of arrival by visiting www.edinburghfestivals.co.uk/passport
- Clients should collect their Passport from the priority queue at the Passport Box Office on the Royal Mile on arrival. Full details are available in the customer information factsheet (on request)
